Celebrate 100 years of the Walden Pond State Reservation with a gift of $100!

The Walden Woods Project is working closely with the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation to help raise the funds for a tree planting initiative at the Walden Pond State Reservation for which we are hoping to receive a 50% matching grant from DCR’s Partnership Matching Funds Program.

No matter the reason people come, Walden is a heavily-used state park, and requires a lot of care and maintenance to keep it healthy and protected.
